How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app (hamburger menu) and tap "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to create a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use those buttons to log in instead.
Why did my streak reset?
Streaks require completing at least one game session per day. If you miss a day, the streak resets. Make sure you're logged in so your progress saves across devices!
Can I use the app without creating an account?
Yes! You can play a few sessions as a guest. After that, you'll need to create a free account to continue and to save your progress.
The app isn't working properly. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, make sure you have the latest version installed. Still having issues? Email us with details about what's happening and your device type.
Is my data private?
